Cancellation Penalties

If your plans change, you must notify your travel advisor immediately to request any changes or cancellation. All changes and cancellations are subject to availability and to penalties and fees imposed by the supplier and its third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, and excursion operators.

Many airline tickets, hotel reservations, and vacation packages are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Passengers who do not travel may be subject to 100% cancellation penalties. Once travel has begun, no refunds will be issued for any unused or partially used travel components for any reason.

Changes to travel dates, flights, names, destinations, class of service, duration, or number of travelers may result in additional penalties and price differences. If the number of travelers in a room changes, remaining travelers may be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

All refunds, if applicable, are based on supplier rules and timelines. Travel Protection is strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of unexpected changes.

For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT.
For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any question.

A $600 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure this reservation. Deposit amounts and due dates are determined by the supplier and are subject to change based on availability. Final deposit requirements will be confirmed prior to booking.
